Completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the Corresponding year of NEET entrance exam.
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English or equivalent from a recognized institution/university as per policy guidelines laid regarding equivalent examinations, compartment/re-appear/result awaited contingencies, in Para 4A(i) (a) to (f) of State Government of Punjab Notification & subsequent amendments.
